Good time clock for small business

We've had this for several years. It's a little tricky to line it up sometimes, but has a red mark to go by. Just need a steady hand. Every once in a while it jumps up an hr and will stay there for 4 or more hours. But goes back by itself. Not sure why it does it. Now the ink is fading and am trying to find another cartridge for it. Not sure what I'm looking for.

We've had this model for several years now and it's been great for the most part. <br>My only knock on it that every once in awhile it will error while trying to stamp your time card. It seems to be getting worse as it ages.
