If your clock goes down, or is damaged, you can rest assured knowing that with a simple phone call an exchange unit will be sent to you the next day. This no-hassle exchange eliminates the time needed to send in your unit for estimates and repairs.
Extended Time Clock Warranty
The support plan will extend the standard warranty that came with your product. While under warranty, or with this plan, your time clocks will be covered for free parts and labor to repair defects in materials or workmanship.

This is a prepaid, non-refundable service agreement that automatically renews in 12 months. You can cancel at any time up until 30 days prior to renewal. If you cancel, you will retain support through the anniversary date. Cancelled agreements will not auto-renew. Pricing shown is for a time clock device purchased within the last 30 days. A Lathem representative will contact you to review options if device is older than 30 days (please note your time clock device must be in good working condition and is subject to verification).
