At Lathem, each refurbished item is inspected, reconditioned and tested by a trained technician. It is then repackaged to meet original product specifications and given a 6 month warranty.

Products are refurbished due to returns or for any of the following reasons;
• Items with damaged packaging due to shipping
• Any item returned to our retailers offering “30 day money back guarantees”

• Cosmetic blemishes on product casings
• Items that have merely been opened or handled after being shipped from Lathem
• Items used for demonstration purposes
