PLEASE NOTE: Your PC100 terminal must be in good working condition, and you must be on software version 5.0 or higher in order to purchase a support agreement for your PayClock EZ system. Free Updates and Version Upgrades
While you are covered under the support plan, you will have access to the latest versions of your software when they become available. These versions upgrades are normally chargeable items which you will receive free while under the support plan.
Unlimited Toll-Free Telephone Support
If you have any questions with the operation or support of your system, you will have unlimited access to a trained factory support representative via our toll-free telephone support number. If you are not covered by the support plan, these calls are billed on a per incident basis.
